By purchasing from #41 SHOP, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
#41 SHOP provides digital products including but not limited to Discord accounts, boosts, and members. All products are delivered digitally and instantly after payment confirmation.
All accounts come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. If the account becomes unusable within this period due to issues on our end, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Note: Warranty is void if you change the account credentials or violate the platform's terms of service.
Refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to provide the purchased service. No refunds will be given for change of mind, improper use of the product, or violations of platform terms.
To request a refund, contact our support team on Discord with your order details and reason for the request.
Additionally, we do not transfer boosts, and boosts will not be recompensated if a promotion is revoked by Discord. If Discord revokes the Nitro tokens used for boosting, no replacement will be given.
